This version of cabbage rolls is native to Croatia. It is a special occasion's prep that is usually served at big parties like weddings. Unlike many "party foods" this one is actually good for you because of many health properties of sour cabbage. This is a vegan version so it is double good for you and the planet. Every time I make it it reminds me of my childhood and helping grandma prepare cabbage for fermentation.
