A classic with a twist! In our cheddar and green onion, buttermilk scone, we added a hint of dried red chillies to layer on an extra flavour of heat, which pairs beautifully with the classic flavours.

Instructions: Bake scones from frozen. Preheat oven to 325°F. Beat one egg in a bowl. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush the top of the scones with the egg wash. Bake for 30 mins. Cool slightly and enjoy.
